在机械加工工艺规程设计中,影响工艺方案优劣的因素很多,且方案的等级划分具有模糊性,所以,模糊综合评判被用于机械加工工艺方案的综合评价.从分类角度定义指标区分权重,删除指标隶属度中对目标分类不起作用的冗余数值,提取有效值计算目标隶属度,给出实现隶属度转换的一般算法,建立基于指标区分权重的未确知测度评价模型.定义指标区分权重、指标关于样本的有效值、可比值概念,给出由单指标测度向多指标综合测度转换的方法,建立多层次综合评价的未确知测度模型,并用于机械加工工艺方案评价.
In the machining process planning design,there are many influence factors in the technical scheme,and the scheme of hierarchies are fuzzy,so the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used in comprehensive evaluation of mechanical processing technology scheme.To define the index distinguishable weight from the perspective of classification,it deletes the redundancy value that the target classification doesn't work in the index membership degree,and to extract the effective value to calculate goal membership degree,giving general membership transform algorithm,establishing the unascertained measurement evaluation model based on index distinguishable weight.Index distinguishable weight,effective value and comparable value of index relative to samples are defined.The conversion from single-index measure to multi-index comprehensive measure is also proposed.Unascertained measure model of multi-hierarchy comprehensive appraisement is built up and used in mechanical process plans.
