基于波动理论对变幅杆进行设计,借助有限元软件对变幅杆进行优化,提出复杂截面变幅杆优化修整的方法,获得结构参数对变幅杆固有频率的影响规律,该规律可为变幅杆的现场修整提供一定理论依据。按优化结果制作变幅杆,并对其进行振动性能试验,试验结果表明:系统振动性能良好,频率为34.813kHz时出现谐振点,振幅为11.38μm,其与有限元分析所获得的结果高度吻合,由此从试验角度佐证了该优化修整方法的可行性。
Based on the wave theory, the amplitude transformer was designed, and it was optimized by the finite element software. Optimization dressing method of amplitude transformer with complicated section was put forward, and influence laws of its structure parameters on natural frequency were drawn, which can provide certain theoretical basis for field dressing of the amplitude transformer. The amplitude transformer was manufactured according to the optimized results, and vibration performance experiment was carried out. The experimental result shows that its vibration performance is good, the resonance frequency is 34. 813kHz, its vibration amplitude is 11.38μm, the result is very much coincided with that one drawn by finite element method. Consequently, the feasibility of this optimization dressing method was verified from experiment view point.
