本文就工程陶瓷磨削时出现的边界损伤进行研究,定性分析磨削参数对边界质量的影响。试验发现:大切深磨削时磨粒对材料干涉较深,易引发裂纹,并且砂轮在进入磨削区的瞬间对边界材料施加了极大的挤压力,极易造成边界位置材料的压溃;大功率超声激励下,硬脆材料在一定范围内实现了脆-塑性域或塑性域磨削,超声磨削比普通磨削更能获得优质的边界;另外材料自身特性也是影响边界缺陷的关键因素,塑性好的材料磨削后其边界缺陷相对较少。最后提出了改善硬脆材料边界质量的措施。
The edge damage of engineering ceramics caused by grinding was studied. After qualitative analysis on the influence of grinding parameters on the edge quality,three conclusions were obtained. Firstly,with large grinding-depth the abrasive grains cut into material deeper,which tends to cause cracks. At the moment that the grinding wheel gets into the grinding zone,it exerts a great extrusion force to the edge,which is very likely to crush it; Secondly,under high-power ultrasonic exciting,the hard-brittle materials were ground in the brittle-ductile or ductile mode in a certain range,thus perfect edge can be obtained;Finally,the property of materials is a key factor affecting the edge damage,the hard-brittle materials with good ductility have little edge damage after grinding. At last,some measures for improving the edge quality of engineering ceramics were suggested.
