采用多因素正交试验法对碳纤维复合材料进行超声铣削和普通铣削的加工试验,研究了在不同切削参数下该材料铣削力的变化规律,使用Kistler测力仪对本试验进行测量,得到了铣削速度、每齿进给量、切削深度对铣削力的影响规律.研究结果表明:随着铣削速度、每齿进给量、铣削深度的增加,两种铣削方式下的铣削力都随之增加,但超声铣削产生的铣削力低于普通铣削产生的铣削力.
This paper used multivariate orthogonal experimental method of carbon fiber composite materials for ultrasound milling and common milling processing experiment, research in different cutting parameters of the materials under the change rule of milling force. This experimental measurement used Kistler dynamometer, the regulation of the milling force influenced by the spindle speed, the feed rate and the cutting depth obtained. The experimental results show that milling forces which after ultrasound milling and common milling increases as the spindle speed increases, the feed rate increases and the cutting depth increases. But milling force of ultrasound milling is less than common milling.
