随着我国产业结构的调整与转型经济发展,服务业已成为国民经济发展的重要支柱。基于当前我国服务业的发展实践、相关研究以及存在问题,通过对服务价值链的形成机理和三大类型服务业的发展动力、内容及特点分析,进一步研究了生产性、生活性和公共性三大类型服务业的价值链及发展特征。基于此,对三大类型服务业的发展路径进行设计与讨论,并从以政府为主的宏观层面和以企业为主的微观层面分别提出了相应的发展建议。

With the adjustment of industrial structure and economic development inChina, service industry has become one of the backbones in the national economy development. Based on a review of the theory and practice on the current development of service industry in China, this research analyzes the mechanism of the formation of service value chain, as well as the power, the contents and the characteristics of the three major service industry types. It further discusses the service value chain and the development feature of the production service industry, life service industry, and public service industry. Based on that, we designed a developing path for each of them, and offer macro suggestions to the government and micro ones to the enterprises.
