英文摘要：

This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the existing science and Technology Industrial Park in China, and puts forward the principles to construct and select the new science and Technology Industrial Park in the new environment. In this paper, it is believed that China＇s traditional use of government oriented science and technology park is applicable in the early construction of garden of science and technology, develop to a period of time should be gradually strengthened in universities, research institutions and enterprises in the role of the political research combined organically. ＇~Along the way＂ background, the construction of science and Technology Industrial Park should take into account the geo- graphical position, the new Asian financial order and foreign policy three aspects of the factors, a comprehensive analysis.
