There are multiple games among the stakeholders in the course of the resource management of cultural heritage site, and the result of unbalanced game contributes neither to the protection of cultural heritage nor to the augment of social welfare. On the basis of analyzing the interest demand of the stakeholders and the game behavior among them in the resource management of cultural heritage site, the article tries to introduce the third-party supervision system to accomplish the game equilibrium, in order to provide heplful revelation for resolving the difficult problem.
