针对中小型企业利用网络环境下的有限元分析技术有效进行产品开发的需求,提出了基于Web的远程有限元分析服务平台的体系结构,并设计了其工作流程。该服务平台系统主要采用了基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价法的计算机辅助工程(CAE)服务能力评价机制、协同分析的数据交换技术、基于角色一任务的系统访问控制策略和任务规划与监控机制等关键技术,实现了有限元应用资源的集成。该系统为某型号精密卧式加工中心提供了远程有限元分析服务,服务结果表明,该系统实现了网络环境下有限元分析技术的有效利用,验证了系统的可用性。
In view of the fact that small and medium enterprises need to efficiently use the finite element analysis (FEA) tech nology to develop their products in the Internet environment, the paper proposes the architecture of a remote FEA system based on Web and gives its working process. The system adopts the key technologies such as service capability evaluation mechanism based on analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, data exchange of collaborative anal, ysis, role-task-based access control scheme and the task planning and monitoring mechanism. The system provided the remote FEA service for a precision horizontal machining center. The experiments results verify that remote FEA service system is helpful for product development in the Internet environment.
