针对如何充分重用已有的企业制造资源这一定制的关键问题,提出了一种基于参数化可重构模块的制造资源重用方法。该方法通过建立制造资源与其载体——可重构模块之间的关系数据模型,在建立可重构模块及其零部件相关制造资源库的基础上,采用粗糙集理论对模块的特征属性进行约简和权重计算,以相似度计算为依据确定最相似的模块,对最相似模块的制造资源进行检索,根据各种资源的特点,按照重用策略进行交互式重构而实现在需求模块中的重用。该方法在包装机企业中进行了应用,实现了资源重用;
Aiming at the key problem of reusing existing manutactunng resources m customization, this paper proposes a method of reusing manufacturing resources based on a parameterized reconfigurable module. The method establishes the relation data model for manufacturing resources and the corresponding reconfigurable module, and on the basis of building the database of manufacturing resources and the reconfigurable module, reduces the attributes of the reconfigurable module and computes the attribute weight by using the rough set theory. Smultaneously, it ascertains the most similar module required based on the similarity calculation, and researches the manufacturing resources of the most similar module, so those manufacturing resources can be reused in the required module by the interaction technology. This method is applied to a packaging machinery enterprise and realizes the reuse of manufacturing resources
