结合本体理论,以汽车后桥产品设计开发为研究对象,提出了一种基于本体的知识管理系统平台框架。研究了系统实现的基础技术方案,对面向主题的多维知识分类、企业知识本体建模、基于本体的知识库构建等内容进行了系统论述。在此基础上,深入研究了系统的知识处理模板以及内嵌机制,通过知识处理模板的主要功能,如知识录入、知识检索和基于特征参数度量的实例推理等功能推动了知识驱动设计,实现汽车后桥设计的智能化。研究结果表明,此系统对于实现汽车后桥的知识管理和智能化设计有较好的支持作用。
The platform framework for an ontology-based knowledge management system for automotive rear axle is proposed. The basic technical schemes for system implementation are studied and the theme-oriented multi- dimension knowledge classification, ontology modeling for enterprise knowledge, and the construction of ontologybased knowledge base are systematically addressed. Based on these, the knowledge processing template and embedding mechanism of the system are studied in-depth, and the knowledge-driven design is promoted by the main functions of knowledge processing template, such as input and retrieval of knowledge, and case-based reasoning based on feature parameters measurement, and the intellectualized design of automotive drive axle is realized. The results show that the system is helpful for realizing the knowledge management and intellectualized design of automotive drive axle.
