针对高速主轴在数控机床中的推广应用问题,以加工中心高速主轴系统结构设计和性能分析为重点。应用虚拟设计原理、有限元分析和优化设计技术,对加工中心高速主轴系统在ADAMS环境下进行了动态仿真研究。开发了专用于机床主轴系统设计分析软件系统,给出了部分运行实例。该系统能提高产品的设计质量和设计效率。
Aiming at the generalizing application problem of high-speed spindle in NC machine tool, emphasizing structure design and performance of high-speed spindle system of NC machining center, utilizing virtual design principle, finite element analyzing and optimization technology, dynamic simulation of high-speed spindle system of machining center based on Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems ( AD- MAS ) was studied, calculating and analyzing software system devoted to spindle system of machine tool was developed, some primary verification job was performed in the system. The better design quality and higher efficiency used with this system was showed.
