Litchi was so easily spoiled that the fresh-keeping was very important in the litchi industry. In this article, the main pre- cooling manners including ice water pre-cooling, cold storage pre-cooling, forced-air pre-cooling and vacuum pre-cooling were smnmarized, the fresh-keeping transportation manners including ice-added foam box transportation, cold storage transportation and controlled atmosphere transportation were analyzed, and sales manners including normal temperature sales and refrigerated sales were summarized, so as to provide a reference to promote the comprehensive development of the litchi fresh-keeping.
