为解决果蔬产地预冷设备移动性差等问题,研制了果蔬差压预冷集装箱,并对3.18t马铃薯进行预冷试验。结果表明:该集装箱能够实现24h内将3.18t马铃薯的平均温度自24.3℃降至2.5℃,且预冷过程中马铃薯的最低温度为0.5℃.高于马铃薯的冷害温度;不同摆放高度对马铃薯温度有影响,上层马铃薯温度依次高于中层和下层。
In order to solve the mobility of pre-cooling equipment in fruits and vegetables producing area, a pressure pre-cooling of fruits and vegetables container was developed. The results showed that the container could shift the temperature of 3.18 t potatoes from 24.3 to 2.5℃ in 24 hours. It can also pre-cooling potatoes effectively without harm whose lowest temperature was 0.5℃ higher than the cold damage temperature of potatoes. The position of potatoes would affect the temperature of potatoes as well. The temperature of potatoes in a upper place was higher than that in a middle and low spot while the temperature of low place was the lowest.
