为掌握荔枝保鲜参数对荔枝贮藏品质的影响,对国内外荔枝保鲜参数进行综述,分析了温度、相对湿度和气体成分对荔枝保鲜的影响以及保鲜参数问的优先级关系。对多数荔枝品种而言,适宜的保鲜参数分别为温度1-5℃,02浓度3%-5%,CO2浓度3%~5%,相对湿度90%~95%;保鲜参数中优先级最高的是温度。
In order to acquire the effects of fresh-keeping parameters on the storage quality of litchi, fresh-keeping parameters of litchi at home and abroad were reviewed and the effects of temperature, relative humidity, gas composition on litchi's fresh-keeping and the priority of them were analysed. The suitable fresh-keeping parameters for most kind of litchi were as follows: temperature at 1-5℃, 3%-5% 02, 3%-5% CO2 and relative humidity at 90%-95%, respectively. And the highest priority of them was temperature.
