Circular Economy Promotion Law is the gross embodiment of environmental achievements obtained by our country, also the new beginning to develop circular economy. Having reviewed the theoretical connotations, macro background and initiating timing for China developing circular economy, this paper raises several suggestions concerning path selection to develop circular economy in China.
