目的通过对西安日韩游客旅游决策行为的研究,为拓展西安日韩客源市场提供依据。方法根据市场问卷调研,运用SPSS,EXCEL等方法对数据进行定量分析。结果日韩游客客源结构比例失调,旅游动机单一,获取旅游信息渠道不畅通。结论继续开发青少年和女性客源市场,设计新型复合式的旅游产品,开拓网络销售’的渠道,进一步拓展西安的日韩客源市场。
Aim The study of Japanese and South Korea tourists' travel decision behavior was conducted to give evidences for the market expansion in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. Methods By adopting the results of the public questionnaire and the method of the SPSS, EXCEL and other software, the data collected from market research are analyzed quantitatively. Results The Japanese and South Korea tourists' structure is imbalance, tourism motivation is single, tourism information channels is not very clear. Conclusion The ways to further expand the tourist market in Xi'an are to develop the young people and women tourist market, to design new compound tourist production and open up sales channels of internet, etc.
