金属漏装线阵辐射检测系统的设计

采用线阵辐射探测器检测包装箱中金属的漏装。该系统以CPLD为核心器件建立了多道数据采集并处理的硬件系统,硬件系统主要由一维线性阵列NaI辐射探测器、弱信号前置放大器、窗口比较器、数据采集部分和传输部分等组成。采用铅准直器获得不含散射射线的射线线带,以射线在物质中的衰减规律作为测量方法,由一维线阵NaI辐射探测器检测衰减后的射线,经过前置放大器和窗口比较器对信号调理,然后由CPLD进行数据的采集并传输给计算机处理分析。系统脉冲通过率可达300kcps,功耗低,最快金属包装箱传送速度50 cm/s,载重500 kg。实验结果表明该装置工作可靠、安全、操作方便,适合于批量包装箱漏装检测中应用。

英文摘要:

A designer of metal leaked detection system using linear radiation detector is introduced.A multi-channel data acquisition and processing hardware systems is designed with CPLD as the core component.It consists of one-dimensional linear array of NaI radiation detector,weak signal pre-amplifier,window comparator,data acquisition and transmission parts of some so on.The software and hardware technical points are also introduced in details,such as using lead collimator accessing to a ray band without ray scattering,the attenuation law of rays in the material as measure method.A signal acquitted and transited with CPLD to computer is processed,amplified through the weak signal pre-amplifier,from the one-dimensional linear array of NaI radiation detector.Pulses pass rate is 300 kcps,Low power consumption,the transfer rate of metal box can be 50 cm/s,Load is 500 kg.Experimental results show that the device is reliable,safe,convenient operation,suitable for application of bulk packing leak detection.
