Quality is the lifeline of sino-foreign cooperative education in higher education. This paper analyses the quality of sino-foreign cooperative education in higher education in Tianjin and the existing problems first. And then, it puts forward some strategies to promote the quality of sino-foreign cooperative education in higher education in Tianjin, such as perfecting the quality guarantee system, strengthening the process of supervision, introducing a third party evaluation system and optimizing the internal management of the program.
