Section planning originates from vast regional issues and sustainable development concept, and it is a comprehensive planning tool in response to ecological issues. Section planning is based on geographical landscape, and it relfects the relation of human and nature. Development vision by means of morphology is essentialy human-land relation of ecological ethics. Section planning integrates investigation, analysis, design, and development control, and promotes paradigm change of land use planning.
