A reasonable welding process is developed through the anysis its structural characteristics and technical requirements, and the problem of welding deformation and other difficulty is overcome. The gage is designed according to the accuracy re- quirement. Practice shows that the gage has the simple structure, and it is easy to use. The detection efficiency improved and it adapt to the requirements of product batch production.
