切削参数的选择直接关系到产品加工过程的节能生产。为实现零件加工过程的节能优化,针对加工中心一次铣削加工下切削参数的优化问题,考虑加工过程机床设备性能和刀具寿命的实际约束条件,建立了以数控铣削过程的铣削速度和每齿进给量为优化变量,以最少电能消耗和最低加工成本为优化目标的多目标节能优化模型。引入加权求和法将多目标优化模型转换成单目标优化模型,并采用粒子群算法对模型进行优化求解。最后,以某具体实例的加工过程为例验证了所建模型的有效性,并对优化结果进行了分析。
The choice of the cutting parameters is directly related to the energy-saving production of the manufacturing process. To achieve energy-saving plan of the machining process , aiming at the single milling cutting parameters optimization problem on machining center, the machine tool property and tool life of manufacturingprocess are considered, and a multi- objective optimization model is established, which takes the milling speed and feed engagement as the variables, and the minimum cost and the energy consumption as the optimizations objectives. The weighted sum methods are introduced to transform it into a single objective optimization model and the particle swarm optimization is applied to solve it. Finally, an experiment case is performed to verify the effectiveness of the optimization model, and the optimization results are analyzed.
