The true earth is a non - rolling - symmetry ellipsoid, so much as is an ellipsoid as a pear. Thereby, the theoretical research on dynamics of triaxial whole Earth rotation has definite meanings. This paper will restudy the free wobble of the triaxial rigid earth rotation, and the decomposition theorem given by some scholars, and indicate the to existent problems.
