采用抗菌活性追踪的方法,结合各种色谱手段对海洋厌氧反硝化细菌Pseudomonas stutzeri(No.DN7)的次生代谢产物进行分离和纯化的研究,最终从其乙酸乙酯部分得到4个活性单体化合物.通过波谱分析方法,结合文献对照,鉴定化合物的结构分别为3-吲哚甲醛(1)、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(2)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(3)、邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(4),化合物1-4均为首次从该菌株中分离得到.应用MTT法对化合物1-4进行活性评价,研究结果表明化合物3、4具有较好的枯草芽孢杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌活性,化合物1、2的抑菌活性一般.
By tracing antimicrobial activity,multi-chromatography methods were employed to study the metabolites of a marine anaerobic denitrifying bacterial strain Pseudomonas stutzeri(No.DN7).Four active compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate friction of metabolites.Their structures were deterrmined by spectral analysis and comparison with literatures as indolyl-3-carbaldehyde(1),p-hydroxybenzoate(2),1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid diisobutyl ester(3) and 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid dibutyl ester(4) which are isolated from Pseudomonas stutzeri for the first time.In addition,antimicrobial activity of the purified compounds are evaluated by MTT method.Compounds 3and 4 display excellent antimicrobial activities against Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,while the compounds 1and 2 have marginal inhibition activity.The results provide the basis for the preparative separation of the active compounds and is meaningful for screening and development of new antibiotics.
