为了解河南省小麦新品系的品质状况,利用SDS-PAGE技术分析了722份小麦新品系HMW-GS的组成及变异情况,结果表明,共检测到12种等位基因变异和20种亚基组合,其中GluA1位点、Glu-B1位点和Glu-D1位点的主要亚基分别为1(60.94%)、7+9(65.93%)和2+12(57.34%);主要的亚基组合为"1,7+9,2+12"(21.88%)和"Null,7+9,2+12"(20.22%)。河南省小麦新品系的HMW-GS等位基因变异和亚基组合具有丰富的多样性,但是不同亚基的频率差异悬殊,在小麦品质育种中需要提高优质亚基组合及优质亚基7+8、14+15等的频率。
In order to investigate the quality of new wheat lines from Henan province and to provide refer-ence for wheat quality breeding,HMW-GS compositions of 722 materials were analyzed by SDS-PAGE. 12 HMW-GS alleles and 20 subunit combinations were detected. The subunits 1(60.94%),7 +9(65.93%),2 +12(57. 34% ) were the major subunits on locus Glu-A1,Glu-B1 and Glu-D1 respectively. Subunit combi-nations “1,7 + 9,2 + 12”(21. 88% ) and “Null,7 + 9,2 + 12”(20. 22% ) were the major subunit com-binations. The result showed that HMW-GS allelic variation and subunit combination had rich diversity, but the frequency of different alleles had great disparity. So the frequency of quality subunit combinations and the quality subunits 7 + 8 and 14 + 15 need to be improved in future.
