利用切向流超滤技术分离了太湖梅梁湾与贡湖湾2个不同生态类型湖区水体中Cd、Cu、Pb、Fe、Mn和Zn等痕量金属的胶体相(1kD-1μm),研究了其浓度在不同季节的变化.结果表明,除了胶体Cd,太湖水体中胶体Cu、Pb、Fe、Mn和Zn的浓度均有显著或极显著季节变化(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),其中胶体Cu、Fe、Mn和Zn浓度在冬季较高,胶体Pb浓度在春季最高,在冬季也保持在较高水平.太湖水体中各痕量金属的总量是影响其胶体相浓度的主要直接因素,而季节变化则是一个重要的间接因素.
The colloidal phase(1kD-1μm) of trace metal Cd, Cu, Pb, Fe, Mn and Zn etc in the water bodies of Meiliang Bay and Gonghu Bay, the two different ecotype zones of Lake Taihu, was separated utilizing cross-flow ultrafiltration (CFF) technique and the changes of its concentration in different seasons were studied. Except colloidal Cd, the concentrations of colloidal Cu, Pb, Fe, Mn and Zn in Taihu water body all had marked or very marked seasonal variation (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01), in which the concentrations of colloidal Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn were higher in winter, colloidal Pb concentration was the highest in spring and also maintained higher level in winter. Total amount of each trace metal in Lake Taihu water body was the main direct factor influencing its colloidal concentration and seasonal variation was an important indirect factor.
