在分析中国经济金融化对产业结构优化影响机制的基础之上,运用协整分析和脉冲响应分析,基于1978~2012年的数据,实证研究了经济金融化对产业结构合理化、产业结构高级化和产业结构均衡化的影响效应。协整检验的结果显示,经济金融化与产业结构合理化、高级化同方向变化,与产业结构均衡化反方向变化。研究证明,金融化对产业结构优化表现出了正反两方面的影响：一方面,经济金融化增强资金的流动性,从而支持产业结构的合理化和高级化;另一方面,金融化过程中的投机性投资扰乱了产业结构的均衡性。在此基础上,就经济金融化促进产业结构优化提出了政策建议。

英文摘要：

Based on a mechanism analysis of the effects of China＇s economic financialization on its industrial structure optimization, the article em- pirically studied the effects of China＇s economic finaneialization on its high-level rationalization of industrial structure, industrial structure and in- dustrial structure of equalization development by using data from 1978 to 2012. The results show that China＇s economy financialization has negative effect on industrial structure optimization. And, the economic finaneialization promotes the development of the industrial structure rationalization while it has suppressed the high-level and equalization of industrial structure, which is un-consistent with theoretical analysis. This is due to the in- consistent of industrial structure and resources configuration. At last, the article proposed some suggestions on industrial structure optimization.
