At present, the reconfigurable computing hardware platform has the problems of long time defection and limited configuration flexibility. To solve this problem, a method of hardware platform structure reconstruction of FPGA based on PC is introduced, the structure of rapid reconfiguration of PCI bus is allowed, and the hardware design of the whole system can be designed according to the following two parts : a fixed part and a reconfigurable part. The result verified on FPGA resources shows that the design can effectively achieve the hardware reconfiguration of FPGA and its physical hardware design is simple.
