产学研协同创新中隐性知识共享是推动协同创新的重要问题。本文在对基于云平台的产学研隐性知识共享问题进行分析的基础上，从信任云机制、沟通云机制和激励云机制三个方面对基于云平台环境下的产学研隐性知识共享的协同机制进行研究，并结合相关案例进行了分析。本文的研究对推动产学研各方更好地运用云平台整合各自资源，进行隐性知识交流将产生积极的作用。
英文摘要：
The tacit knowledge sharing in industry-university-research collaborative innovation is an important problem to promote collaborative innovation. With the analysis of tacit knowledge sharing in industry-university-research based on Cloud Platform, this paper makes an analysis of the coordination mechanism of tacit knowledge sharing in industry-university-research in the Cloud Platform environment from three aspects combining with case： trust cloud mechanism, communication mechanism and incentive mechanism. This paper will have a positive effect on promoting the use of Cloud Platform to integrate resource of all aspects of the industry-university-research as well as the tacit knowledge sharing.
