[ Purpose/significance ] Analysis of tacit knowledge sharing factors of industry - university collaborative innovation in mobile Internet environment has an important significance to promote all parties of industry-university to use mobile Internet resource to do knowledge sharing better and to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of industry-university collaborative innovation. [ Method/process ] This paper constructs a conceptual model of industry - university collaborative innovation tacit knowledge sharing willingness and effect and uses structural equation to test the model. [ Result/conclusion ] The result presents that the tacit knowledge sharing contents, mobile Internet environment and mobile Internet technology have a positive effect on sharing willingness. Tacit knowledge sharing willingness and mobile Internet technology have a positive effect on tacit knowledge sharing behavior.
