文章基于社会心理模型对人的心理驱动状态进行研究,结合主流用户群体对图书馆移动服务需求的抽样调查数据,构建媒合信息用户需求的图书馆移动服务模型。以期通过该模型的构建,实现图书馆对用户群的信息需求的心理驱动过程,实现移动用户群对图书馆服务满意度的提升,带来图书馆移动服务的优化。

This paper researches on the psychology driven state based on social psychology model, carries on the sample survey for the demands of library mobile service based on the combination of mainstream users group, and constructs library mobile service model for information user demands. Based on the construction of the model, the paper realizes the psychology driven process for information demands of users group and achieves the improvement of library service satisfaction, which brings the optimization of library mobile service.
