以樟子松和异砧红松苗木为研究对象,研究干旱胁迫对两种苗木的光合生理特征的影响.结果表明:当土壤含水量为40%田间持水量时3年生樟子松和异砧红松苗木樟子松与异砧红松苗木,直到土壤含水量的20%时,气孔导度、蒸腾速率和胞间CO2浓度的下降幅度达到最大,这些光合参数的变化规律是重度胁迫〈中度胁迫〈轻度胁迫〈对照.
The 3-year-old Mongolian pine (Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica) seedlings and Korean pine seedlings with stocks of Mongolian pine were taken as the objects, then impact of water stress on their photosynthesis characteristics. The physiological variables of stomatal conductance, transpiration rates and CO2 concentrations in the cell of Mongolian pine seedlings and grafting Korean pine seedlings decreased with increasing level of water stress. The stress of 40% field capacity did influence the physiological variables ;the stress of 20% field capacity had made stomatal conductance, transpiration rates and CO2 concentrations in the cell sharply declined. The sort of physiological characteristics was severe stress, moderate stress, mild stress and CK.
