采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了SUS430金属连接体的La0.8Sr0.2MnO3抗氧化涂层。通过X射线衍射分析研究了烧结过程和中温氧化处理对LSM涂层的物相组成、微观应力的影响;通过LSM涂层的SEM表面形貌和断面形貌表征对比研究了涂层在氧化处理前后的亚微观结构特征。结果表明,采用溶胶-凝胶法在SUS430金属连接体表面制得了均匀、致密、与基体结合良好的LSM导电涂层;长时间的中温氧化处理有利于降低LSM涂层的内部微观应力,同时也会导致涂层微裂纹的出现;LSM涂层可以有效地抑制cr。0。相的形成,减缓Mn-Cr尖晶石的生长。
The La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 oxidation resistant coating on SUS430 alloy was prepared using Sol-Gel method. The effect of sintering process and intermediate temperature oxidation on the phase composition and microstress of LSM coating was studied by X-ray diffraction. Tile submicrostructure of the sintered LSM coating and the oxidized LSM coating was characterized by SEM. The results shown that the LSM coating on SUS430 alloy derived from Sol-Gol method was homogeneous, high density and tightly binded to the substrate. The long time intermediate temperature oxidation treatment is good for the reduction of the microstress of LSM coating, while a certain amount of microcracks have been caused. The Cr203 phase formation was inhibited and the growth of Mn-Cr spinel was slowed down by LSM coating.
