制备具有电化学性能高、极化阻抗低的阴极是提高固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)电化学性能和长期稳定性的有效途径之一。大量研究表明,通过化学浸渍法能制得微观结构良好、电化学性能优异的SOFC阴极。本文从浸渍材料的角度讨论化学浸渍法对阴极电化学性能的影响,简要分析了化学浸渍后的阴极显微结构与阴极性能之间的关系,并对化学浸渍法在SOFC阴极制备中的应用进行了分析和总结。
To improve its electrochemical properties and long-term stability of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC), preparation of the cathode with high electrochemical performance and low cathodic polarization impedance is one of the effective ways. Large numbers of studies have shown that, good microstructure and electrochemical performance of SOFC cathode can be obtained by chemical immersion method. This paper discussed the effect of impregnated material on the properties of the cathode, briefly analyzed the relationship between the microstructure and performance of chemical immersed cathode, and finally summarized the application of chemical immersion method in preparation of SOFC cathode.
