研制了应用在长波红外热成像中的Petzval型物镜,工作波段为8~12μm,F数为1,焦距为90mm,视场为12.6°,空间分辨率为0.5mrad,透镜材料均为Ge。使用折/衍混合器件作为色差校正器件代替1片负透镜,光学器件的重量从0.50kg减轻到0.38kg,衍射面采用金刚石车削技术进行加工。利用Video光学调制传递函数仪对系统性能进行了检测,检测值的下降不超过设计值的3%。分析了衍射器件的衍射效率对调制传递函数的影响。
This paper introduces the design of an infrared thermal imaging Petzval objective lens. The focal length of the optical system is 90 mm,the F-number is 1 ,the field of view is 12.6°,and the material of the total two lenses is Germanium. A diffractive/refractive lens is used instead of a negative lens to eliminate chromatic aberration,and it is fabricated by diamond turning technology,which makes the weight of optical elements of this system decrease from 0.5 kg to 0. 38 kg. The design and detection of MTF is given and the conclusion is educed that the tested MTF reduces no more than 3 % compared with the design quantity. The influence of diffraction efficiency with wavelength on the MTF is analyzed.
