Aged peasants are a special group among the land - lost peasants, they have more dependent on their land, housing and rural way of life than other groups significantly. How to protect the interests of the land - lost aged peasants, properly resolve their problems of old - age security with which they can enjoy a sense of security, a sense of belonging, good health and a feeling of personal worth is a problem that can not he avoided. Based on the analysis of changes in the life of the aged peasants including production and living before and after the land acquisition and house demolition, this article takes apart the profit and loss for the elderly which brought by the housing replacement, land replacement and the role replacement as a result of land acquisition and house demolition. At the end of this article, there is an analysis of the current policy of house demolition and land acquisition, also some suggestions in such areas as policy recommendations related to housing support, old- age insurance, protection of the rights and interests.
