目的对不同来源远志药材中有效成分的含量进行分析,以阐明远志药材适宜的产地、栽培品和野生品的质量等同性及合理的采收期。方法采用2010版《中国药典》远志项下的远志酮Ⅲ、3,6'-二芥子酰基蔗糖和细叶远志皂苷的含量测定方法,对不同来源的远志样品进行分析。结果不同来源远志药材具有一定差别,其3,6'-二芥子酰基蔗糖含量的变化区间为0.237%~1.704%(n=54),远志酮Ⅲ为0.037%~0.857%(n=54),细叶远志皂苷为1.44%~3.71%(n=53)。不同产地的远志药材样品以山西和陕西两地所产药材各有效成分含量为高;栽培品和野生品各有效成分的含量没有明显差异;不同采收月份的药材,以春秋两季采收药材有效成分含量为高,且春季稍高于秋季;2~3年生药材各有效成分的含量明显高于1年生样品。结论采用多指标定量方法可以对远志药材质量进行更为客观和全面的评价。我们的实验结果产地以山西和陕西所产远志药材质量为佳,栽培品与野生品质量基本等同;合理的采收期应该在每年春季的3~5月份,种植年限应在2年以上。
OBJECTIVE To clarify the suitable habitats, the quality difference between wild and cultivated samples and the reasonable harvesting time of Polygalae Radix through analyzing the samples from different resources. METHODS The content determination methods for polygalaxanthone Ⅲ ,3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose and tenuifolin recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition) were used for analyzing the samples from different resources. RESULTS There were high variations in the contents of polygalaxanthone Ⅲ (0. 237% - 1. 704%, n = 54), 3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose (0. 037% - 0. 857%, n = 54) and tenuifolin ( 1.44% - 3.71%, n = 53 ) among the samples determined. The contents of the effective components in the samples from Shanxi and Shaanxi were higher than those from the other habitats. There was no obvious difference between the contents of the determined compounds in wild and cultivated samples. The contents of the effective components in Polygalae Radix were higher in the samples harvested in the Spring or in the Autumn, and the Spring is the best season for harvesting. The quality of the samples cultivated for more than 2 years was better than those for only 1 year. CONCLUSION Multi-components determination can realize the qulity control of Polygalae Radix more comprehensively. Shanxi and Shaanxi are the suitable habitats for Polygalae Radix; there is no big difference between the quality of the cultivated and the wild samples; the rational harvesting time is from March to May, and the cultivation period should be more than 2 years.
