目的:探讨小麦、玉米和多种谷物与豆组合3种膳食纤维对脂代谢紊乱大鼠糖脂代谢及氧化应激的作用。方法:将48只SD大鼠随机分成阴性对照(NC)组、高脂模型(HF)组、小麦膳食纤维(W)组、玉米膳食纤维(C)组、多种谷物与豆组合膳食纤维(CSC)组和阳性对照(PC)组,每组8只,各组喂饲相应的饲料。8周后,测定大鼠血脂及血清和肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、丙二醛(MDA)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果:3种膳食纤维能显著降低实验大鼠甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和空腹血糖(GLU)水平,C和CSC能显著升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。CSC显著升高实验大鼠血清和肝组织SOD和T-AOC水平,显著降低血清MDA水平。W和C显著升高了实验大鼠肝组织SOD和T-AOC水平,但对血清SOD和T-AOC水平无显著性影响。3种膳食纤维均显著降低实验大鼠血清hs-CRP水平。结论:3种谷物膳食纤维,尤其是CSC膳食纤维,能够改善大鼠的糖脂代谢水平,对氧化应激和炎症因子有一定的调节作用。
Objective:To investigate the dietary fiber (DF) from wheat,corn,and cereal-soybean combination on glucolipid metabolism and oxidative stress in lipid metabolism disorder rats. Methods:48 SD rats were randomly divided into six groups:control (NC) group,high fat (HF)group,wheat DF (W)group,corn DF(C) group,cereal-soybean combination DF (CSC) group and positive (PC) group. After 8 weeks,the lipid level and the level of SOD,T-AOC,MDA,hs-CRP in rats' serum and liver tissue were determined. Results:The three kinds of DF significantly reduced TG, TC, LDL-C and GLU level of experimental rats, C and CSC significantly increased HDL-C levels. CSC markedly increased serum and liver tissue SOD and T-AOC levels, significantly reduced serum MDA level. W and C significantly increased liver tissue SOD and T-AOC levels, but had no significant effect on serum SOD and T-AOC level. Three kinds of DF significantly reduced serum hs-CRP levels of experimental rats. Conclusion:Three kinds of DF, especially DF of CSC, can improve the glucolipid metabolism, and adjust the oxidative stress and inflammation factors.
