目的设计制作内置循环系统高仿真小儿静脉输液手臂,比较传统模型教学法与内置循环系统高仿真小儿静脉输液手臂模型教学法教学效果的差异性.方法以昆明学院100名2013级本科护理学专业的学生为研究对象,采取小儿静脉输液手臂模型教学法为研究组,传统模型教学法为对照组,比较2组实践技能考核成绩和教学成本的差异.结果与对照组比较,研究组实践技能考核成绩(87.8±6.9)分高于对照组(78.5±7.4)分(P〈0.05);与对照组比较,研究组教学成本(2.64±0.4)元高于对照组(12.89±0.6)元,P〈0.05;与对照组比较,研究组穿刺成功率82.8%高于对照组62.3%(P〈0.05).结论内置循环系统高仿真小儿静脉输液手臂模型教学法在基础护理学实践技能教学中可明显提高教学效果,能明显提高学生教学目标的达标率,可以有效调动学生学习积极性.
Objective To compare the difference between traditional model teaching method and the system of internal circulation system with high simulation of the teaching method of the teaching method of the arm of the arm of the intravenous infusion in children.
