It is needed to set up the Free Trade Zone in Henan province in order to serve the overall coordinate development of different regions in China,create an inland opening-up highland in Henan,deepen the reform of circulation system,and promote the coupling development of Zhengzhou Air Harbor and inland economy. The strengths for Henan province to set up the Free Trade Zone mainly lie in the competitive advantage of Zhengzhou Air Harbor,comprehensive traffic network,and the smooth material flow etc,and the weakness lies in its insufficient opening-up. So it is necessary for Henan province to give play to its own strengths,improve its weak conditions,grasp the opportunities,meet the threats,and promote the orderly work for applying for the setting up of Free Trade Zone.
