人力资源柔性是将战略柔性观点融入战略人力资源管理理论的产物,具有重要的理论和实践价值,但其构念开发目前仍处于进一步发展状态,存在构念定义缺乏、维度构成含混和测量模型未定等问题。基于此,通过梳理人力资源柔性的理论脉络,深度解析了战略柔性、先动性、构念测量模型等重要相关概念或观点,并与人力资源柔性深度关联,进一步澄清了人力资源柔性的理论内涵并重塑了其定义,阐释并强调了人力资源柔性的战略柔性导向和先动性内涵,进而重构了人力资源柔性的维度,提出了重构后的量表初始题项,然后在此基础上判定并初步讨论了有关测量模型。研究结果能在一定程度上解决目前人力资源柔性构念所存在的问题,并使相关重要观点在人力资源柔性中得到涵盖与继承、整合与发展。
As a product of integrating the view of strategic flexibility into strategic SHRM,Human Resource Flexibility(HRF)is of great value in theory and practice.Based on the retrospection of HRF's theoretical evolution and extant operationalization measurement literature,we revealed that HRF was in a state of under-conceptualization:unestablished definition,ambiguous dimensions,and unspecified measurement model.Based on in-depth analysis of its evolution and the most related views or theories,we furthered its intension and reshaped its definition with the emphasis on strategic flexibility orientation and proativeness,reconstructed its dimensions and prospected for its scale initial items,specified and tentatively discussed its formative measurement model.
