This paper explores the mechanism between person-value fit and employees' innovation behavior. Results show that:person-value fit can affect employees' innovation behavior in a positive way. Perceived insider status plays a mediating role in the relationship between person-value fit and innovative behavior. Critieal thinking moderates the relationship between perceived insider status and innovation behavior.
