结合组织学习视角和知识基础理论,基于205家联盟企业410份样本数据进行实证研究,结果表明联盟企业单独及同时开展探索性学习和应用性学习均会促进其从合作伙伴处获取知识,而知识获取能够帮助企业提升创新绩效.此外,吸收能力正向调节知识获取与创新绩效之间的关系.研究结论为战略联盟中企业开展组织学习、实现创新提供了理论参考.
Based on organizational learning perspective and knowledge-based view, it examined the relationship be- tween knowledge acquisition and innovation performance, and the moderating effect of absorptive capability. By analy- zing the data of 205 partner firms, the results find that explorative learning, exploitative learning, and learning by ex- ploration and exploitation simultaneously can enhance the extent of knowledge acquisition, which in turn contributes to better innovation performance. What's more, partner firms' absorptive capacity positively moderates the relationship be- tween knowledge acquisition and innovation performance. It provides theoretical implications for partner firms to imple- ment organizational learning in order to achieve superior innovation performance in strategic alliances.
