目的:红景天苷[1-(4-羟基)-苯乙基-β-D-萄糖苷]和红景天半乳糖苷类似物[1-(4-羟基)-苯乙基-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷]为研究对象,评价其对柯萨奇B3病毒感染体外、体内模型的抑制作用。方法:采用柯萨奇B3型病毒感染原代培养乳鼠心肌细胞方法,建立体外病毒感染模型,Balb/c小鼠腹腔注射柯萨奇B3型病毒感染建立病毒性心肌炎体内实验动物模型。结果:红景天苷和红景天半乳糖苷类似物均能明显抑制柯萨奇B3型病毒,炎性浸润作用明显减轻。结论:红景天苷和红景天半乳糖苷类似物对柯萨奇B3病毒有较强的抑制作用,效果优于阳性对照药利巴韦林。
OBJECTIVE In the present study, the antivirus activities of salidroside and its analogue were studied on primarily cultured myocardial cells (in vitro) and Balb/c mice (in vivo). METHODS As shown in results, salidroside and its analogue could inhibit cytophathic in vitro. RESULTS In CVB3 infected Balb/c mice, salidroside and its analogue could inhibit pathologic change of cultured cardiac cells, decrease HW/BW rations and increase survival rate of infected mice, reduce release of enzymes from myocardial cells such as LDH, AST, and CK, increase SOD activities and decrease MDA levels in murine hearts, and inhibit mononuclear cell infiltration and necrosis induced by CVB3 infection. CONCLUSION It has been demonstrated that salidroside and its analogue have potent antivirus activities against CVB3 in vitro and in vivo.
