Based on the economic situation at home and abroad,this paper discusses the importance of intellectual property,and deeply analyses the general problems on intellectual property education in universities of Zhejiang province such as carelessness about intellectual property consciousness of teachers and students in universities,the narrow popularity of intellectual property course,and the lack of teachers with high level intellectual property education etc.On this basis,this paper proposes advice on intellectual property education in universities of Zhejiang province.
