Nowadays,facing the fierce market competition,the manufactures must continually develop new types of products to cater for the consumers' demand,and to achieve a bigger share of market.For the situation where updated and existing products co-exist in the market, the sell pricing models for both products are established.With the complete information, the optimal pricing decisions to the updated product and the existing product under Nash Game and Stackelberg game cases are obtained.Some theoretical analysis about the results and numerical examples are also given.
