文章从理论上分析熔锥光纤锥的特性,模拟了锥形光纤表面的倏逝波的特性,同时,利用熔拉法在实验室中制备较好的锥形光纤,实验表明,该加工方法得到的锥形光纤的表面光洁程度较高。
Study on the properties of fiber-taper in theory. Simulate the properties of fiber-taper evanescent wave and fabricated the better fiber-taper in the laboratory. The experiments show that the process has obtained the smooth surface of the fiber-taper apparently.
