钛合金作为人体硬组织替代物和修复物的首选材料在临床上得到广泛的应用。分析了目前医用钛合金存在的主要问题:生物活性、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性有待进一步提高,指出表面改性是改善上述问题的有效途径;综述了人体植入钛合金表面改性的研究进展,并展望了钛合金表面改性的发展趋势。
Titanium alloys are widely used in clinic as the preferred metal material for the replacement and restoration of surgical implants. Based on the primary problem of biomedical titanium alloys in bioactivity, corrosion resistance and wear resistance properties, the paper points out that surface modification is an effective approach to improve these properties. The research and development status of surface modification for titanium alloys are reviewed, and the research trend of surface modification is also presented.
