The micro-scale abrasive wear behavior of surgical implant material TLM alloy in Hank’s simulated body fluids (SBF) were studied by using the TE66 machine. The results of orthogonal experiments show that the impact importance extent, slurry concentration, load, sliding speed, abrasive and sliding distance impact the micro-scale abrasive wear behavior of medical material TLM alloy from high to low. Due to the abrasive amount of in unit volume increasing, the wear volume of TLM titanium alloy increases with increasing slurry concentration at different loads. And because of the oxide film or passivation coating was induced during the micro-abrasion and corrosion process, the friction coefficient increases, and then decreases with increasing slurry concentration. Under the same concentration, the greater the load is, the bigger the coefficient of friction is.
