Along with the advancement of urbanization, the plants leave away from the downtown of the city, resulting in the deserted old plant area. How to regenerate and update the vigor of this area and improve the development of economy as well as preserve the historical memory is always a difficult problem. In view of the economic, cultural and social effect, and taking Hefei Hell Forklift Factory as an example, the reconstruction scheme of the old plant area is explored to optimize the comprehensive effect of urban reconstruction.
