Cooperative R＆D is an efficient organization form for conformity of R＆D resources. This essay surveys in detail cooperative R＆D study from the perspective of industrial organization. Firstly it enumerates some empirical researches, which have great impact on cooperative R＆D theoretical researches. Then it combs the mainstream theories about cooperative R＆D from the perspective of industrial organization. After that it introduces representational non-mainstream theories. In the end it points out common conclusions and problems need to be further studied.
